Golf-Mil Veterinary Hospital was founded in 1963 and has a reputation for providing exceptional veterinary care and customer service to Chicago's North Shore. We have been an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) since 1971. We voluntarily subject ourselves to a rigorous list of standards and regular inspections by AAHA to ensure that we comply with the association's high quality standards of care. We carefully choose our team members with emphasis on enthusiasm, friendliness and a willingness to go above and beyond regular duties. We hold training seminars for our staff every 2 weeks to ensure that you always encounter a knowledgeable and helpful staff member. Outstanding patient care is central to our mission, and for this reason we employ Certified Veterinary Technicians, licensed and boarded by the State of Illinois, to supervise nursing care. Our highly trained and skilled doctors have a variety of special interests such as senior care, acupuncture, soft-tissue surgery and ultrasonography.
